FAQ

1. How do I get started?


You may book a free 30 minutes consultation session by a phone call or by Zoom. Our designer teams are happy to answer your questions and explain to you about our design process. We will make an appointment to meet in your home for an initial consultation. Please share with us your idea and preference design during the consultation session.


2. Do you offer a free consultation?


Yes, we provide free consultation for up to 1 hour. We will advise you on free space planning and conceptual design if you are able to share with us your existing layout. So, no worry, just make us busy. With the layout provided, we can advise you on budget planning too.


3. What is the design process?


Our design process involved 5 steps.

a. Initial meeting to get more information on the project, then we will proceed to the next step for layout and concept mood board.

b. Concept & mood board will take 3 days to complete, including a first draft budget for the design work too.

c. Schedule the next appointment for a mood board presentation, to explain the whole design concept and budget.

d. Move on to the 3D stage. After confirmation on the 3D drawing, we will provide an accurate quotation for the project.

e. Once confirmed on the quotation, details drawing, construction drawing, and specs list to prepare, we can proceed with the renovation work.


4. Do you provide a warranty after the renovation is done?


We provide a 1-year limited warranty, specifically on workmanship after the renovation is completed.


5. Are you licensed and insured?


We are an official CIDB registered company and we are a fully insured company carrying 2 million in third party liability coverage.

Our company always adheres and follows very strict safety protocols to comply with Malaysia rules and regulations.
